Recruitment services

We offer a full recruitment/placement service to our clients:

Stage 1

From initial discussions with the client, we identify their aims and objectives, then build a profile of the "fit" they require for their vacancies.

Stage 2

We profile all candidates for job compatibility/suitability against job descriptions and personnel specifications supplied by our clients.

Stage 3

When we match candidates to the job description and personnel specifications we then forward the candidate's CV for the client's consideration.

Training consultancy/learning & development

We offer a full consultancy learning & development service to our clients:

Stage 1

The aims and objectives of the specific learning & development programmes are clearly identified. Targets that can be measured are set.

Stage 2

Agreement is reached on the methodology for the programmes.

Stage 3

Programme development and design are submitted to the client for discussion.

Stage 4

The format for gathering evidence to assess the end result is agreed. Validation criteria against the end result is agreed.

Stage 5

Follow-up, monitoring and after care support is available, should the client believe it is necessary for either their business or for those who participated in the learning initiatives.
