Home support worker required to support adults in thier own accommodation and in residential settings.
Requirements: – Must have 6 months experience in a social care setting – HNC or SVQ Level 2 and 3 would be advantageous – Moving and Handling Certificate – Enhanced Disclosure
The successful candidate should be patient, organised, sympathetic with good listening skills and the ability to use their own initiative. Strong decision making is important.
Reliability, good time keeping and attendance record essential.
