At Work Scotland has been placing candidates across west central Scotland since 1993.

A long time member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), the company (formerly known as Clydeline Recruitment Services) is also an Investor in People (IIP), with accreditation from the Scottish Quality Management System authority (SQMS).

We have also had a particular training intervention for a large public organisation accredited by a professional body.

Our clients mainly operate across the private sector, although clients from the public sector use our services on an ongoing basis.

Temporary and Permanent Recruitment

The company places candidates in various sectors of industry and business and once placed do not offer further assignments to candidates, unless the candidates themselves take the initiative and approach us.

We offer "after care" support should either the client or candidate request it.

All registered candidates have:

• been profiled against client job descriptions/personnel specifications
• undergone competency based interviewing
• enhanced disclosure (where appropriate)

Training/Learning and Development

All training interventions are bespoke specifically for clients, designed, conducted, evaluated and validated against their aims and objectives.

All programmes are "soft skills" related, with an emphasis on personal development, linked to the demands of the particular business objectives.
